Azuma took a 4 month hiatus so that he could work on the new strips (and touched up pages) for the re-release of Azumanga Daioh. I'm hoping that now that the new strips have all been released, and hopefully the last two volumes are finalized (or close to it) that we'll be seeing chapter 61 get an August release.
