I saw this piece of art on the world of warcraft site and it looked very familiar. The more I looked at it the more it reminded me of the art style of the IM.

The bloodelf in the middle looks like nobue, the undead to the left looks like anna, the orc to the right looks like matsuri.

The tauren in the bottom left, the orc in the red underwear, the troll arm wrestling, and the orc on the flying broom all look like Miu.

The undead in the bed, and the orc arm wrestling the troll look like Chika.

Definitely very Barasui looking. Either he did it, or someone was intentionally imitating his style.
