There's a two-story Fred Meyer (I guess it's now a Smith's Supercenter) in the expensive real-estate near downtown where I come from.

It's actually called a Cartvator Not a word of a lie, I work in a store that has them...they suck becasue people force the carts on the belt and jam them, it looks simaler to the first pic >>109148 but has more jagged parts. When i go back to work Tuesday i'll take a pic of the device as well as the label that states the name.

It's about two miles from where you were taking the pix of the fallen I-35W bridge. The downtown Minneapolis Target has two floors -- I was just there a few hours ago (and they still won't let me ride in the cart)...
