OP, I've searched pretty thoroughly too, and I haven't found any online sources that your list doesn't cover. I really advise buying the manga, even if you have to eBay it -- it's worth every penny and there are only four volumes.

What's funny is that the scanned manga clearly does exist somewhere online. Pages scanned from both the raw and the ADV versions are used all the time in fan-edits and whatnot. KriegsaffeNo9 definitely has the first three volumes, for instance. I'd like to know where this stuff is.
