I was just thinking, I wonder what Fuuka's winter uniform looks like. Yotsuba has only been taking place in summer (and now early fall) so far. When do most schools change to their winter uniforms anyway?

 It's something like October First, IIRC.  It's part of a larger societal thing, I understand.  Everyone switches to colder-weather clothing or back at certain calendar dates, regardless of whether the temperature has actually changed yet.  (You get strange looks if you don't make the switch on schedule...)
