This is kind of sad. I hope Yotsuba doesn't really end this way. (Koiwai works out of his home though, so I can't imagine any reason for him to move again so soon).

From the way I understood it, Ena is the one narrating.
Although from her expression in panels 3 and 4, it looks like she wasn't briefed in advance on the content of her monologue. (in other words, imagine a TV show where the main character is on screen, giving a voice over narration, but then the character himself chimes in and starts arguing with his voice over).

Well, maybe something like this, but she's wearing a silver jumpsuit and going up the entry ramp of the saucer...

(It's sad to see her go, but her report to her home planet spares the Earth from destuction... who writes this stuff?!)
