It's the monthly calendar. HLJ was offering preorders for it at one point, so I grabbed it. It's now listed as discontinued, seems was preorders only.
It's a lot easier to get the monthly this year, usually you simply can't find a place to order it that'll ship overseas.
This year you can even get it off Amazon, last year they had it listed in Toys and Hobbies which they won't ship outside Japan. Beware of stupidly high shipping rates though.

Combined shipping for both Fuka and the Calendar came in at 2,800yen by EMS, which is the 1.25KG rate for my area.
From the rates listed on the site, it seems much of the cost was from the calendar, Fuka by herself should only be 1,500yen to ship.

It's definitely cheaper to combine them. The 1500 rate is pretty much the base rate they quote. Getting Fuka and Yotsuba together will undoubtedly work out cheaper than 3000.
Fuka + packaging = about 500gms, which is the 1500 rate. Even if Yotsuba adds another 500gms, that'll use to 1KG rate of 2400, it won't double the 1500 rate.
The models are about 300g each (according to the customs dec, Fuka weighs 260g), add 200g or so for packing, so you might want to look at the 800g-1kg rates on the shipping page for a more optimistic estimate.
