I wish it was that simple for me. In England, manga is usually double the price of the American version. Though when Gollancz Manga released Dragonball here it was even cheaper at first.
And good luck trying to find Yotsuba& 6 in a town bookshop in England. Or any ADV Manga stuff.

It's actually pretty difficult to find them in bookstores in the US, at least for the first month or so after release.

Also, has anyone noticed that the "publisher's description" of this volume appearing on websites like Barnes&Noble is the description for volume 5?

ADV is re-planning a few of their releases to ship them out quicker. Not sure how many titles that effects

I pre-ordered it in January, and now Amazon's telling me there's some kind of delay, and I won't get it 'til May. That's f'ed up.

They're having issues. In fact they just closed in the UK, we're having some other company distributing their titles soon.
I heard America is having problems with them too, I ordered volume 1 of Macross ages ago, only 2-7 have come, it did sent but never arrived, now they're taking forever finding another one.

On the North American side, back in January they suspended about three dozen or so recently licensed anime like Kanon and Welcome To The NHK. It was just a few days ago that they announced new shipping dates for most of those titles. Nobody's 100% sure what happened though.

I'm not sure how their manga division would've been affected if at all, but it's possible there was some problems that I haven't heard about. At any rate, the fact they said there's a shipment date at all (albeit in 3 to 6 weeks from Amazon) is good. Who knows, a couple of times things have shipped early from Amazon for me.

Got home from work this morning to find an email in my inbox notifying me of a delay. Hope there's room on the 3-6 Week Boat, 'cause I'm comin' aboard.
