I used to be a big fan of the japanese fighting game someone brewed up years ago, but i can't get it working on any computer with a dual core processor for the life of me. Anyone else have a similar problem/solution?
It seems to work well on my Macbook under Boot Camp. I think the problem isn't processor related, but video/driver related on certain video cards. Which isn't so easily fixed, unfortunately, unless you feel like rolling back to circa 2005 drivers (provided they even work with your card) to test it out.
If the dual core processor setup is indeed the problem, you should be able to rectify it by starting the game, then opening your task manager, selecting that particular process (the game) and setting the core affinity to one or the other.
i'll give that a try, thanks
>>120789 I guess it's worth mentioning though that I have a dual core processor, and I can run the azumanga fighter game on my system.
I don't have that option. only "end process" "end process tree" and "set priority"Debug is greyed out.

ok, i did some troubleshooting, and its conflicting with my Direct X 3d acceleration.if i disable it, the game runs, albeit incredibly sluggishly. got any ideas on a fix?
