I've never seen the term "male lesbian" before now, so I don't know what reputable psychologists have to say about it. Psychology is a young and soft science, though, so who knows what the future holds even if they don't recognize it now.

I have heard of male-to-female transgendered people who are attracted exclusively to females. They don't seem to be near as common as those attracted to males, but I think it's likely they are underrepresented because if you like women it's easy to just go along with being a man, whereas if you like men you're forced to think more deeply about your own gender.

Gender identity and sexual orientation are apparently distinct -- sexual orientation has something to do with what hormones somebody was exposed to while in the womb, whereas gender identity is... something else, which I'm not sure they've figured out yet.
