It's from some Ichigo Mashimaro ero doujin with terribly wrong body proportions.
Dunno the name or author, but you can probably find it in the usual places. (Paheal, Danbooru, Gelbooru, etc.)

It's by the bloke who did Saint Margarita's Academy.

Looks like a doujin of Ichigo Mashimaro. Don't know the doujin artist but the creater of the series is Basurai.

Anyone have a translated one?

And in the third OVA, at around 9:45, you can hear her listening to something "very Richard like" in the car.
