Chiyo would be Lt. Wolf(young, overeducated, underexperienced, gets fed up, ran roughshod over by Yukari)
Sakaki would be a tough one, but I would say she'd be Big Harold(Forest Whitaker). She's big, soft spoken, and ultimately soft hearted.
Yomi is kind of a tough one so I'll just say she's Red O'Neill
