She wasn't really a bitch. She was harsh on Hikaru a lot, but most of the time he was acting like an idiot and deserved being reprimanded. She was a workaholic and very serious in that regard, but she also seemed to get on very well with Claudia, Global and the bridge bunnies so it's not like she was some heartless monster, just dedicated to her job.

Seriously, yes, I think the two of them would get along fairly well. Both tend to be the silent type unless they've something to say. Both are reserved and responsible.
