The part at the beginning was just a dream Fuuka's dad was having (I was thinking in one of the earlier chapters there was a scene where Fuuka was yelling at her dad about raping her, and asked if he was planning to rape Ena next, which may have prompted the dream, but I can't seem to find that scene skimming through the first 4 chapters).
