Yeah, it's just those two times.
It doesn't ever say they met when Yotsuba came to Fuuka's school with the milk, just that Shimauu saw Yotsuba that time.

Considering that Miura was brought back the last two chapters, I can always hope that Shimauu also gets another turn in the spotlight in the near future. There's so much potential there for her character that I'd hate to see go to waste.
