Amazon.co.jp lists the release date as November 15th, and the sale price as 2,700 yen (about $34 in US currency).

There's also a giant Danbo that goes on sale the same day (same price, 36cm tall).

I saw the danbo, I'm actually somewhat depressed that the joints are PVC, but that should actually be a good thing (TM). The entire thing does make me somewhat ponder getting a fair bit of thin cardboard and attempt creating a mini-danbo entirely from cardboard though.

I'm hoping the sale actually lasts past the pre-order time, because I'd really like to be able to have an idea what shipping will be when I order. Dumping 50 bucks on something like this is somehow reasonable to me, 70 bucks, harder for me to deal with.

The prices on Amazon are generally cheaper than MSRP, so I would imagine the current list price would continue through the release date.

But keep in mind, even at the current price, it would be $68 for both, not including shipping.

Both of these items are also listed on yesasia.com, but at a higher price. Standard shipping would appear to be about $12 combined from what I can gather (it lists "ship units" as 4 for the Yotsuba, 5 for the Danbo, with a standard shipping rate of $1 per unit plus a base rate of $2.99 per shipment, and I'm assuming if you ordered both together, that would count as a single shipment).

HobbyLink Japan lists both items as cheaper than on Amazon (only 2380 yen each, or about $30), but there's no shipping information available for pre-release orders.

FWIW it was about ￥2200 at amiami (or ~$28) plus shipping.

In related news I also have the mini plastic danbo kit, the 2013 Yotsuba&! calendar (pic related), and a 8-pack of the monochrome aminal trading figs on order. I'm slowly unpacking all my other figs after a few years, so I'll probably be throwing some pics up eventually.

It's certainly big, compared with the Revoltech.

The legs, torso, neck, and arms are movable to some extent, but you can't move the arms up or down or anything.

You have to check if there's panties, you know.
