>>222970 Never had an issue with the (few) scans I read. Then again, I don't care about the ego of the translator much, as much as their ability to translate things so they're readable with minimal information loss. You'd have to have a pretty major signature for me to even pay half an ass's attention to it unless I was looking for it (or if it was covering information I WAS looking for, in which case, burn).
Not saying I don't care about your ego strokes Ralens ego.
(As for this, I only really noticed that you didn't sign things when I tried to figure out the time period scans changed to you awhile back.)

Filename changes actually DO annoy me somewhat, mostly because they make the file hard to find in a full downloads folder sorted by name, I don't want to have to remember that the item was translated by <QMP> (made up, if real, not my problem). Would they put those things AFTER the file name, it wouldn't be an issue, but no one ever does.
Obviously though, translators should do what they feel like, it's their hobby, and if I feel they're being really sleazy about their hobby, I'll just find something else to do/read/whatever.
Honestly though, even if you DID sign your work, this page would still confuse people, they would still just think that his page was your page. If you can't get him to stop being really damned ambiguous, I would probably throw a note at the end of a single chapter explaining the current situation. If he removes it, he's pretty clearly being malicious, and otherwise, it mostly fixes the problem. There have been tons of sites that hosted your translations and didn't make it appear like it was their own. I even used some of them from time to time (RSS feeds are useful, bulk zips often more so).
