Osaka seems the most classically feminine of all of them. I mean just look at that picture. She's wearing a full-length skirt, a sunhat, and carrying a purse.
I would vote her the most likely to become your stereotypical Japanese housewife.

My pick is Sakaki. Growing up lonely and then opening up with the group, I think that's something she'd really want. I can see her with someone like Jumbo who could finally make her feel small and cute.

Have a headcanon that I just made up on the spot for this post:

Tomo will be the first to be pregnant. Not married or anything, just pregnant. Most likely the result of some drunken tryst. The guy will marry her out of obligation and they'll have an awkward but ultimately okay relationship.

Osaka will be next. She'll just settle down and have her kids and her husband. And most likely spend the rest of her life keeping them all on their toes with her weirdness.

Yomi will graduate, and come roaring into the workplace at full tilt. She'll then burn herself out by working crazy hard while simultaneously tiring of the horrid way women are treated in corporate Japan. She'll bail, meet a cool, Scruffy-esque sort of guy who doesn't make his living as a salary drone, and happily settle down with him.

Sakaki isn't going to make it as a veterinarian. It involves killing too many animals. She'll realize this, get out, and become a gifted florist. Eventually she'll meet a tall, friendly man who brings her out of her shell and likes cats, and marry him. She'll have more kids than any of the other Azu-girls. And still somehow be smoking hot as a 40+ year-old woman with 4-5 kids.

Kagura will go far in the athletic world, to the national level at least, but ultimately fall a bit short of reaching the Olympic games. Not for lack of effort, but just from her competition. Following that, she follows in Nyamo's footsteps as a gym teacher in her early 20s, eventually finds a guy she can't live without (maybe a former student of hers, ho-ho), and marries him. She's never a very good traditional housewife, but still throws 100% effort into everything involving her family, for better or worse.

Chiyo marries and has kids last, just because of her age. She decides that corporate Japan sucks (because it does) and stays in the United States, moving up the ladder. She'll probably settle down with an American guy, who will protect her from gun-toting kidnappers in her father's absence. She'll eventually be a CEO or doctor or something, who still gets to have her husband and a family.

In my head-canon they all turn into bitter 35 year old singles who can't find anyone they really like, just like their adult role models. No wait, that's not true.

I don't think Tomo can fold that easily. Sure she's reckless but I think she's going to mature during her college years. Also she seems like one of those people who talk big but no way she can handle that liquor. She will fell asleep before sexy time can happened.

Also don't underestimate Osaka. I think they are right, Osaka will be a teacher in the future. Sure she's a ditz, but when she's focused, she's super focused.

Yomi, either she burn out during her work years or college years.

I had to agree about Sakaki. She will quit college midway. Probably getting a job in an animal conservation somewhere (No, not a florist. Are you implying she going to meet Giant?).

Kagura and Chiyo.... I kinda agree but from all the Azumanga girls Chiyo is much more Japanese than others. She probably going for a more liberal Japanese guy.

I like how you guys think Yomi's ambitiousness will just engulf, and possibly destroy her. I think if she can keep a steady head during most of her school life, she can likely make it the same way through uni and corporate life. Being around Tomo has trained her well.

I don't think Kagura would go to college and just kind of hang out. I don't remember her mentioning any plans after school. If it's to join an Olympic team, then lol. Their training is compromised from doing only that, and not much time for the school life she enjoyed.

Thinking about, I think what they wrote down for their career goals will more likely suite them more than anything else (sorry, Kagura!), like Tomo maybe not joining Interpol but some authority force.
